As Presidium’s sole designer, I collaborate with finance, executive, architecture, and development teams to envision designs that drive investment for development projects. Presidium developments include both multifamily projects and mixed-use projects most notably Velocity, River Park, and Pecan District. I lead creative development by designing functional digital, print, web, and branding collateral for all entities housed under Presidium and it's partners.

When reviewing our mixed-use site, River Park, and it’s marketing materials I found there to be lacking that wanderlust of East Riverside. I proposed the idea of a header video that showed the multitude of activities that one can partake in on the East side during the day and well on into the night. With approval from the team I art directed and sent ideations to a contact of mine and we collaborated to create a new header video for the main website. Traffic to the site has increased as well as community engagement via email and outreach.
